DO YOU KNOW THAT OUR YOUNG GIRLS PRESENTLY STILL TAKE ALL SORTS OF MIXTURES TO TERMINATE PREGNANCY?

This is alarming, horrifying and disturbing to hear of all sorts of things used these days by some of our young girls in order to get rid of pregnancy. Even some are given by the parents of these young girls in order to save them the shame of being disgraced in the public.
A young girl in a certain community was seen crying and holding her stomach, bleeding from her private part and later on started dribbling saliva from her mouth, people were gathering to know what was wrong with her. Meanwhile, her friend was holding and trying to get her up so that they can get home for her to rest, instead the girl collapsed and almost passed out. She was rushed to the hospital. That friend of hers tried to disappear but was caught by the people around. She was interrogated to explain what happened to her, and she said that the girl noticed she had missed her period for two months and thinks she is pregnant and asked her for solution to terminate it before anyone gets to know, so she advised and encouraged her to take sharp! Sharp Mixture of grounded raw Beans plus Potash (akanwu) plus Coke, with small amount of squadron hot drink, that the mixture will flush it out immediately Since the pregnancy has not advanced.  Which she did and it landed her in the hospital. This mixture almost took this girls life, if not for prompt and professional medical intervention, this girl would have been long gone.

· Pleading with our young girls to please first of all say no to premarital sex, It will save you a lot from this hide and seek method of trying to get rid of pregnancy and other sexually transmitted diseases.
· To our parents and guardians, sex education to our young children is the number one step to preventing premarital sex.
·  If you as a parent notices that your child or ward is already sexually active, advise her on the use of Condom any time she finds herself in that tight corner. Tell her the benefits and the good it will do her to use condom always. This kids once they get involved in sexual activities, it’s usually difficult to get them to stop, the only remedy to reduce its consequences is advice!!!, so do not fail to advise them.
If you think it is a bad advice to her or that she is too young to be given such an advice, then you must be mistaken, because by the time she gets pregnant or contacts any dangerous sexually transmitted diseases, then it will be too late for you to know that she is not that too young after all.
